BEGINNING at the Southwest corner of the North 241.9 feet of Tract 290,
C.D. Hillman's Lake Washington Garden of Eden Division #4, according to the Plat
recorded in Volume 11 of Plats, page 82, records of King County, tllashington;
thence North along the West line of said Tract 120.9 feet, more or less, to a
point 121 feet South of the Northwest corner thereof; thence East 125 feet; thence
South parallel with the West line of said Tract a distance of 120.9 feet, more or
less, to the North line of the South 190 feet of the North three-quarters of said
Tract; thence West along said North line a distance of 125 feet to the point of
beginning. �
Together with a temporary construction easement described as: '
