Said construction easement being described as follows : - Beginning at the Southeast corner of the aoove described Tract; thence Northerly along the East line of said Tract a distance of 38 feet; thence Northwesterly along a line drawn 38 feet Northerly of and parallel with the Southerly line of said Tract a distance of 25 feet; thence Southeriy along a line drawn perpendicularly to the Southerly line of said Tract a distance of 25 feet to a point 13 feet Northerly of said Southerly margin; thence Northwesterly along a line drawn 13 feet Northerly of and parallel with said Southerly margin a distance of 51 feet; thence Southerly along a line drawn perpendicularly to said Southerly margin a distance of 13 feet to the Southerly margin of said Tract; thence Easterly along said Southerly margin a distance of 83 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning.
