D. Hillman's Lake Washington Garden of Eden Division No. 4 according to the plat recorded in Volume 11 of Plats, page 82, records of King Coimty, Washington; thence West 100 feet; thence North 7° 10' 00" East to northerly line of said Tract; thence South- easterly along the northerly line to a point North 6° 36' 00" �:�st ofi beginning; thence South 6° 36' 00" West to beginning. Said heretofore mentioned grantee, its successors or assigns, shall . have the right, without prior notice or proceeding at 1aw, at such times as may be necessary to enter upon said above described property for the purpose ; of constructing, maintaining, repairing, a1tering or reconstructing said �, utility, or making any connections therewith, without incurring any legal obl i gations or 1 i abi 1 i ty therefore, provi ded, that such constructi on, main- ,� taining, repairing, altering or reconstruction of such utility shall be � accomplished in such a manner that the private improvements existing in the riqht �` right(s)-of-way shall not be disturbed or damaged, or in the event they are � disturbed or damaged, they will be replaced in as good a condition as they were f� immediately before the property was entered upon by the Grantee. � � � � The Grantor shall fully use ��and-ehjoy the aforedescribed premises, ' including the right to retain the right� to use the surface of said righ.t-of-way if such use does not interfere with installation and maintenance of the utility line.
