D. Hillman's Lake Washington Garden of Eden Division No. 4, according to the plat recorded in Volume 11 of Plats, page 82, records of King Cotimty, Washington; thence West 100 feet; thence North 7° 07' 00" East to the Northerly line of Tract; thence Southeasterly along line to point North 8° 08' 00" East of Begi�lning; thence South 8° 08' 00" West to the beginning.
