Kennydale Elementary School Slope
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS , That RENTON SCHOOL DISTRICT N0 . 403 ,
�a municipal corporation , for and in consideration of the sum of
One Dollar ( $1. 00) , do hereby convey and warrant to the City of
Renton , the perpetual right , permit , license and easement to use and
� occupy the hereinafter described lands for the purpose of repairing ,
� constructing and maintaining roadway slopes and sidewalk areas in
� excavation and/or e.mbankment , said lands being situated in Renton ,
� King County , State of Washington , and descrived as follows , to-wit :

A slope easement 10 feet in width over portions of the
_ _Northerly and Easterly 10 feet of the following described
property : � - -
All that portion of Tract 47 lying easterly of State Highway
405 and all of Tracts 48 , 49 and 50 , together with the abutting
Pacific Coast Railroad right-of-way in C. D. Hillman ' s Lake
Washington Garden of Eden Division #l , according to the Plat
recorded in Volume 11 of Plats , page 63 , records of King
County , Washington.
Said portions being described as follows :
Beginning at the intersection of the centerlines of Northeast
28th Street and Kennewick Place Northeast ; thence North 26°19 ' 13"
west along the centerline of Kennewick Place Northeast a
distance of 300 feet ; thence South 63° 40 ' 47" west a distance ,
of 30 feet to the westerly margin of said Kennewick Place
Northeast and the true point of beginning ; thence North 26°
19 ' 13" West along the Westerly margin of Kennewick Place
Northeast a distance of 325 feet to the point of a curve to
the left , radius 170 feet ; thence Northwesterly along the arc
of a curve to the left , radius 170 feet , a distance of 186 . 22
feet , to a point on the southerly margin of Northeast 30th
Street ; thence North 89° 04 ' 57" West along the Southerly margin
of said Northeast 30th Street a distance of 55 . 64 feet ; thence
South 0° 55 ' 03" West a distance of 10 feet ; thence South 89°04' 57"
East a distance of 55 . 64 feet to the arc of a curve to the
right , radius 160 feet ; thence Southeasterly along the arc
of a curve to the right , radius 160 feet , a distance of 179 . 20
feet ; thence South 26°19 ' 13" East a distance of 325 feet ;
thence North 63°40 ' 47" East a distance of 10 feet to the true
point of beginning.
Landscaping , rockery , top soil , and bark will be provided by the
City in conjunction with slope restoration.
the specific details concerning all of which are to be found within
that certain map of definite location now of record and on file in
the office of the City Engineer of Renton , Washington and bearing date
of approval.
