I.�, 133, 351, 440 tjN� S�GTTON 1 OF ORDIN�IVCE R0. 959. The City Counci� of the City cf Renton DQ Ord"ain as Fcsllows: SECTiON l. That hereafter the City Treasurer of the City of Renton shall, prior to taking office, execute a bond in f�vor of the C�ty of Renton in the sum of �20,0OO.OQ with good and suff3cient security to be approvea by the City Council, conditioned for the faithfUl performance of his �.uties and that he wil.l faithfully account for and pay over, upon proper vouchers executed by the proper officers of the City of Renton, alI money� that may cane into his hand as such Treasurer, belonging to the Cit3� Qf Renton. SECTION 2. The City Clerk of the City of Rentan, bef'ore entering vpon the �du�ies of her office, sh�ll file with the Mayor of trse City, her. bon� in the amount of �3,0OO.00, with sureties to be appra�red by the City Council, conda.tioned for the faithful perforn�nce of her duties as sucr Clerk and that she will faith- fully accc�unt for all moneys that may come into her hands as such � City Clerk, belonging ta the City af Re�ton. SECTIUIb 3. SECTTON 4. That the Chief vf Po�ice and all members of th� Police force, befvre enteririg upon the dut�.e� of th�ir office shall each execute a bond to the City of Renton in the sum of (�1,000.00} , cond3tioned for the fa3thful performance of their duties as such Police Officer and. that they will account for a.nd pay ov�er to the � proper officers, a.Il moneys that m�,y come into their hands, be- longing �o th� City of �.entan. �uch bond shall be filed a�ith the City Clerk an� shall be appro�ed by trie City Council. �� SECTION 5. That the Police Judge o� the City of Renton, before entering upon th� dut�.es of his office, shall execute a bond in favor of the City of Renton in the �wn of �500.00, cQnditi.oned for the faithful perfarm2.nce of his duties as such Poliee Judge and that he v�ill faithfully account for and turn over to the Treasurer Qf the City of Renton all �oneys coming into his hands as such Police Judge, belonging to the Ci.ty of Renton. Such bond shall be filed K��.th the Cit� Clerk �.nd shall be sub�ect to the approv�l of the City Council. , SECTSOI� 6. The form of bonds furn3shed under the provisions of this Ordinance sha2l be approved �n cvriting by the Cit� Attorney of the Gity of Renton. SECTIaN 7.
