� he reinafter called "Grantor(s)" , and the CITY OF RENTON , a Municipal Corporation
of King County, Washington, hereinafter called "Grantee" .
WITNESSETH:
That sai d Grantor(s) , for and i n consi derati on of the sum of $ ,��.��
paid by Grantee, and other valuable consideration,
do by these presents , grant, bargain , sell , convey, and warrant unto the said
Grantee, its successors and assigns , an easement for public utilities (including
water and sewer) with necessary appurtenances over, through, across and upon the
following described property in King County, Washington, more particularly
described as follows :
The easterly �.5 feet in width, measured perpendicularly to the State
Highway Department existing 10 foot slope, drainage, and utility easement of the
westerly 25 feet, measured perpendicularly to the easterly margin of Sta.te Highway
No. SR 181, over the follau�ing described property:
BEG�NNIiVG at the intersection of the westerly margin of Puget Sound
Electric Company Railroad right-of-way with the south line of Section 25, Township
- 23 North, Ranga 4 East, P].M., thence northerly 694.90 feet; thence northwesterly
321 feet; thence southwesterly along the easterly margin of West Valley County
Road (SS No. 5-M) a distance of 30.32 feet; thence southeasterly to a point 15
feet west of the Puget Sound Electric Company Railroad right-of-way and 671.24 feet
north of the south line of said Section 25; thence southeasterly parallel with and
15 feet westerly of the Puget Sound Electxic Company right-of-way to the south line
of said Section 25; thence east along said southerly line to the point of beginning.
ALSO BEGINNING at the intersection of tile south line of said Section 25
with the easterly margin of the Northern Pacific Railroad right-of-way; thence north-
easterly 694 feet; thence east 2,631.67 feet; thence southwesterly 45 feet along the
westerly margin of said road along the existing drainage ditch; thence west 2,575.67
feet; thence southwesterly parallel with and 15.01 feet east of the Northern Pacific
Railroad right-of-way to the south line of saa.d Sec�ion 25; thence west to the point
of beginning.
together with a temporary construction easement described as:
The southerly 30 feet of the above described property.
Said temporary construction easement shall remain in force during construction
and until such time as the utilities and appurtenances have been accepted for the
