�� Division No. 4 - the E. 55 feet of Tract 278 , 279
and 280 and portion of Tract 258 , less the West
� 197 . 25 feet of the South 37 : 5 feet, less the
portion easterly of a line running north 7°10 ' 00"
east from a point 472 feet west of the S,E, corner
of said tract , all situate in King County, State of
Washington,
resulting or to result by reason of the widening of N. E. 27th
Street , in Renton, Washington, adjacent to the aforedescribed
property.
It is expressly understood and agreed that the acceptance
of said amount of One Thousand Six Hundred Five Dollars ($1 ,605 . 00)
is in full accord and satisfaction of a disputed claim, and that
the payment of the said sum of One Thousand Six Hundred Five Dollars
($1 ,605 . 00) is not an admission of liability.
