may be necessary to enter upon said above� described property for the purpose
of constructing, maintaining, repairing, altering or reconstructing said
utility, or making any c4rsnections therewith, withaut incurring any 7ega]

line. However, the grantar shall not erectybuiidings or� struc�ures over, under
or across the right-of-way during the �xistence af such utility.
This easement, shall be a cavenant runninr� with the land and shai3 be bind-
ing on the Grantor, his successors, heirs and assigns. Grantors �covenant that �
