Washington, described as follows:
BEGINNING at the intersection of the Easterly margin of Hillman's Boulevard
"104th Avenue Southeast: , as shown on the Plat of Hillman's Lake Washington
Garden of Eden Addition to the City of Seattle No. 1, according to the Plat
recorded in Volume 11 of Plats, page 63, in King County, Washington, prolongated
Southerly with the North line of said Section 5; thence East along s aid North line
106 feet to the true point of beginning of this description; thence East along
said North line 63 feet; thence South at right angles to the north line of said
Section 5 to the centerline of the stream, said centerline being the South line
of a Tract of land conveyed to Walter A. Mathis and Vivian Mathis, his wife, by
deed recorded Lmder Auditor's file No. 4059348; thence Westerly along said center-
line to a point South of the true point of beginning, as measured at right angles ,
to the North line of said Section 5; thence 1Vorth to the true point of beginning.
