of King County, Washington, hereinafter called "Grantee" .

That said Grantor(s) , for and in consideration of the sum of $
paid by Grantee, and other valuable consideration,

following described property in King County, Washington , more particularly
described as follows :

A utility easement 10 feet in width over the following described property:
East 228 feet of,West 1040.5 feet of South 276 feet of the North 306 feet
of Government Lot 1 , Section 5, Township 23 North, Range 5 East, W.M. ;
The centerline of said easement being described as follows:
Beginning at survey centerline Station 124+05.26 of Lake Washington
Boulevard in the Northwest one-quarter of Section 5, Township 23 North, Range 5
East, W. M. ; said point being the point of a curve to the right from which the
centerline of said Lake Washington Boulevard bears South 44° 07' 40" East, thence
South 61° 56' 00" East a distance of 47.54 feet; thence North 51 ° 40' 27" East a
distance of 15.54 feet to the Easterly margin of said Lake Washington Boulevard �
and the true point of beginning; thence continuing North 51° 40' 27" East a
distance of 355.55 feet; thence North 47° 40' 35" East a distance of 187.00 feet;
thence North 66° 24' 29" East a distance of 330.94 feet, thence North 87° 11 ' 47"
East a distance of 135.03 feet; thence South 64° 42' 22" East a distance of

date unless a sewer has been constructed in accordance with the plans
for fihe sanitary sewer Local Improvement District Na. 26q of the City
of Renton a l�4unicipal Corporatian of King County, Washington. If the
sewer 1ir�e is ever abandoned or dtscontinued, the easement herein w5.11
aease and terminate. '
Tt is understood arid agreed by the Grantee that �h� Grantvr can constz`uct
a road over or across any part af the easement and it shail na� be
considered �o be an interferencs with ttie sewer line. .
