BE IT riESOLV�� b� the Gity Council of the City of
i�enton, 6Yashington , that the Gity (:lerk be, and he is he� eby
ordered and directed to ca�:se a�otice of sale of ��5,0�0 of�i
serial bonds of the Gity of Renton, i�ashington, known as the
� �I`�Y �ALL i�ONDS�" to be pkblished in the Renton Chroniele,
the official newspaper of the City of Renton, '�ashington, for
the period of �a�:r consecktive weeks , beginning the 24th da�
of Bugt:st, 1923, and that he st least foUr weeks before the
date of sale , mail a �opy of the notice to the state P'inance
Board at Olympia, Washington ; that the date of sale of said
bonds shall be on an d after ei ght o ' cloek P. M. on the 18th
day of geptember, 192<�; that the varioUs annual maturit� shall
� oommenee with the second year after the date of issU e of said
bonds and shall, ae near as p�actiQable, be i� such amoUnts
as �vill, together with the interest on all oUtstanding bonds,
�e met �y an eoual, annual tax levy for the pa�rment of bonds
and interest, that ia to say, the City of Renton evil�. redeem

The clerk is fUrther ordered and direeted to have
printed bonds r�unning to the s�oces�^ful bidder in the amounts
aforesai d, payable as aforesaid and that the same �e signed '
by the clerk and Nl��or and delivered to the s�ceessf�l bidder
in the manner provided by law. 8aid bonds to bear the rate of
interest specified in the best �id offered the��efor and in no
event to exeeed 5�.
