This instrument executed on June 7, 1988 witnesseth that in
consideration of $1. 00, the receipt of which is hereby acknowl-
edged, Atlantic Richfield Company, a Delaware corporation
(Seller) does hereby transfer unto the City of Renton {Buyer) ,
Washington all right, title and interest of seller to the pro-
perty described in the attached Exhibit A attached hereto and
made a part hereof, located at N. �. 3rd and Jefferson, Renton,
Seattle, Washington (Faciiity #5362) as of the date hereof.
Seller makes no warranty of any kind. All implied warranties of
merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose or for any '
use, whatsoever, are hereby disclaimed. The property is used and
is sold on an "As is, where is" basis. No warranties are made as
to its �ompliance with any particular law or regulation.
