of the first part, for its heirs, executors, administrators, covenants
�and agrees that said party of the first part is the owner of the said
property, goods and chattels and has good right and full authority to
sell the same, and that it will warrant and defend the sale hereby made
unto the said party of the second part, its executors, administrators
and assigns, against all and every person or persons, whomsoever, law-

deed of said corporation for the uses and purposes therein mentioned, and
on oath stated that he was authorized to execute the foregoing instrument
on behalf of said corporation.
