WITNESSETH: That said Grantor(s) , for and in consideration of the sum of $ paid by Grantee, and other valuable consideration, do by these presents, grant, bargain , sell , convey, and warrant un to the said Grantee, its successors and assigns , an easement for public utilities (including . w;ter and sewer) with necessary appurtenances over, through, across and upon the following described property in King County, Washington, more particularly described as follows : A utility easement 20 feet in width, 10 feet on either side of the following described property: The Northeast one-quarter of the Northwest one-quarter of Section 5, Township 23 North, Range 5 East, W.M. lying North of Eldon Acres Addition, and Northwesterly of Columbia and Puget Sound right-of-way; LESS East 120 feet; LESS portion Northerly of the Creek; EXCEPT West 30 feet of East 150 feet thereof. The centerline of said easement being described as follows: Beginning at a point on the north line of Section 5, Township 23 North, Range 5 East, W.M. and the Southerly margin of North 28th Street in the City of Renton , Washington, 205 feet Westerly of the intersection of said North Section line with the centerline of Meadow Avenue North; .thence South 0° 33' 45" West a distance of 87 feet; thence South 41 ° 27' 30" West 192.34 feet to the terminus of said easement. Together with a temporary construction easement 30 feet in width, 15 feet on either side of the above described centerline.
