I 273.25 feet to the westerly margin of the Mapte Vatley Highway (SR 169), I being the terminus of said centerline; ALSO, beginning" at the center of ' said Section 17; thence S 37°12'27" E. 150.96 feet to the true point of beginning; thence S 28°14' 10" W. to the existing bank of tMe Cedar River and the terminus of said centerline; -: Two ten (10) foot strips for anchors and guy wires, the centertine thereof being described as follows: Beginning at the above described true point of beginning run S 88°41 '30�� W. 35 feet to the terminus thereof; ALSO, beginning at the above described true point of beginning run N 28°14' 10" E. 35 f eet .to the terminus thereof; EXCEPT THEREFROM any portion lying within the 25-foot right of way first above described. � This easement is granted for the purpose of correcting the description in easement dated Decerr�er 22s 1970, and recorded December 23, 1970, under King County Auditor's File No. 6726572. 1 . Purpose. Subject to approval of the Park Board, Grantee shalt have the` right to construct, operate, maintain, repair, replace and enlarge one or more ,. electric`transmission and/or distribution lines over and/or under the right of way, together with att necessary or convenient appurtenances thereto, which may include but are not limated to the following: , a. Overhead facilities. Poles and/or towers with crossarms, braces guys and anchors; etectric transmission and distribution lines, corr�nuni- . cation and signal lines; transformers; b. Un�derground facilities. Underground conduits, cables, vaults, man- holes, switches an trans o�rmers; semi-buried or ground-mounted facilities such as pads, transformers and switches. . Following the initiat construction of its facilities, Grantee may from time to time construct such additional lines and other facitities as it may require, with Park Board's approval . Grantee agrees to retocate, at its own expense, such utility lines if the � easement area is needed for streets or other public purposes. 2. Access. Subject to approvat of the Park Board, Grantee shall have the right o�access to the right of way over and across the adjacent property of the Grantor to enable Grantee to exercise its rights hereunder, provided that Grantee--shall compensate Grantor for any damage to the property caused by� the � I exercise of said right of access. , 3. Cutting of Trees. Grantor's Use of Ri ht of Wa . Gra�tor reserves the right to use the right o way for any purpose not inconsistent with the rights herein granted, provided that Grantor sha11 not construct or maintain any permanent buitding or other structure on the right of way and Grantor shatt do no blasting within 300 ' feet of Grantee's facilities without Grantee's prior written consent. 5• �Inde�mnit�. By accepting and recording this easement, Grantee agrees to indemni y a� nd hold harmless Grantor from any and atl claims for damages suffered by any person which may be caused by Grantee's exercise of the rights herein granted, provided that Grantee shall not be responsible to Grantor for any damages resulting from injuries to any person caused by acts or omissions of Grantor. 6. Non-exclusive. The easement herein granted is not an exclusive easement but is sub�ect to the equal right on the part of the Grantor, its successors and assigns, which right is hereby �xpressly reserved. 7. Abandonment. The rights herein granted shall continue untit such time as Grantee ceases to use the right of way for a period of two (2) successive years, in which event this easement shatl terminate and all rights hereunder shall revert to Grantor, provided that no abandonment shall be deemed to have occurred by reason of Grantee's failure to initiatly install its facilities on the right of way within any period of time frorn the date hereof. 8.
