hereinafter called "Grantor(s)" , and the CITY OF RENTON, a Municipal Corporation
of King County, Washington, hereinafter called "Grantee" .
WITNESSETH:
That said Grantor(s) , for and in consideration of the sum of $ 1.00 (One
and no/100ths dollars) paid by Grantee, and other valuable consideration,
do es by these presents, grant, bargain , sell , convey, and warrant unto the said
Grantee, its successors and assigns , an easement for public utilities (including
water and sewer) with necessary appurtenances over, through, across and upon the
following described property in King County, Washington, more particularly
described as follows :
TRACT "B"
Commencing at the North East corner of Lot 12, Block one of Tiffany Park
No. 2, according to the Plat thereof recorded in Volume 92 of Plats, pages 33 to
36, records of King Co�ty, Washington; thence Southeasterly, along the Southerly
margin of Lake Youngs way S.E. on a curve to the left with a radius of 2030.00
feet, a distance of 39.77 feet; thence South 78° 06' 06" East, 266.34 feet to the
true point of beginning of the Tract hereinafter described; thence continuing South
78° 06' 06" East, 15.00 feet; South 10° 43' 21" West, 16.75 feet; thence South
42° 16' 21: West, 216.05 Feet; thence North 47 ° 43' 39" West, 15.00 feet; thence
North 42° 16' 21" East, 211.80 feet; thence North 10° 43' 21" East, 12.82 feet to the
true point of beginning.

� may be necessary to enter upon said above described property for the purpose
N of constructing, maintaining, repairing, altering or recanstructing said
� utility, or making any connections therewith , without incurring any 1ega1
� obligatians or liabiiity the refore, provided, that such canstruction, main-
� taining, repairing, altering ar reconstruction of such utility shail be
accomplished in such a manner that the private improvements existing in the right
right(s)-of-way shall not be disturbed or damaged, or in the event they are
di s turbed or damaged, they wi 1] be repl aced i n as good a condi ti on as they were
immediately before the property was entered upon by the Grantee.
The Grantor shaTl fully use and enjay the aforedescribed pr�mises,
including the right to retain the right to use the surface of said right-af-way
i f such use daes not i nterfere wi th i ns tal l ation and maintenance of the uti 1 i ty
line. However, the grantar shall not erect buildings or structures over, under
or across the right-of-way during the exister�ce af such utility.
This easement, sha] 1 be a covenant running with the ]and and shall be bind-
i ng on the Grantor, hi s successors , hei rs and assi gns. Grantars covenant that
