� for valuable consideration, CONVEYS AN'D QUITCL�IMS to the CITY OF
� � RENTON, a municipality of the State of Washi.ngtan, an easement £or

!`� the maintenance, operation, repair, reconstruction and use of a
water line over, across and underneath the surface of the following
described property situated in King County, Washington:
- A strip of Zand 15 feet in width in the Northwest Quarter
and the Northeast Quarter of Section 24, Tawnship 23 No�th,
RangE 4 East, W.M. City of Renton, County of King, State
of Washington; lying 14 �eet southerly and 5 feet northerly
of the Following described center lin�:
Beginning at a point on the easterly Iine of the Charles
E. Monster Road, also known as the Steel I�i�.l. Road, dis-
tant 107.098 feet southexly along said easterly line From
th� intersection thereof with the north line of said Sec-
tion 24; thence South 89°04'3Q" Eas� 482.518 feet; thence
southeasterly on a curve concave to the nor�heast with a
radius of 422.460 feet through a central angle of 36°57 '44"
� an arc dzstance of 272.857 feet to a point of tangency;
thence South 89°04`30" East 807.132 feet more or less to '
intersection with the existing 12 inch water line and the
point of terminus of this center line descriptian.
EXCEPTING AND RESERVING to the Grantor, the right to relocate
the water line if the Grantor shall later determine that the loca-
tion of said water line wil1. inter��re with proposed building con-
struction or other s.urface use . Such relocati.on shall be at the
expense of the Grantor.
