Together with all appurtenances pertaining to the Sanitary Sewer. '
The TRANSFEROR warrants that TRANSFEROR (a) is the sole owner of �
the property and has the power to transfer the property, (b) no encumbrances
are attached to the property, (c) the property is in good operating condition, and
(d) TRRhSFERO� knows of no defects in tha property.
