Said heretofore mentioned grantee, its successors or assigns, shall have
the right, without prior notice or pro�eeding at law, at such times as may be
necessary to enter upon sai d above descri bed property far the purpose of con-
,� structing, maintaining, repairing, alt�ring or recans�ructing said utility, or
c� making any connections therewith, and such canstructior�, maintaining, repairing,
� altering ar recanstruction af such utility shali be accamplished in such a manner
� that the private impravements existirzg in the right right(s)-of-way shal] not be
� disturbed or damaged, ar in the event they are disturbed or damaged, they will
� be rep1aced in as good a condition as they were immediately before the property
� was entered upon by the Grantee.

if such use does nat interfere with installation and maintenance af the utility
