the above described PARCEL "A".
for the purpose of installing, constructing, maintaining, operating, repairing and
replacing a water ipeline or lines and all necessary connections and appurtenance -
thereto, together with the right of ingress and egress to, from and across grid describe,
property for the foregoing purposes, provided that upon completion of the construction
and installation of said waterpipeline or lines, said easement. ,hall cease and
determine except as to a strip 5 feet East of and 10 feet West of the
centerline of said water pipeline and appurtenances as constructed and provided
further in the event private improvements are disturbed or damaged in either the
original installation or in maintenance of such pipeline or lines, Grantee shall immed-
iately after such installation or maintenance restore said premises to their original
condition as near as may be.
This conveyance shall be covenant running with the land, and shall be binding on ("rancor_
