Hillman's Lake Washington Garden of Eden Division No. 3, according to the plat recorded in Volume 11 of Plats, page 81 , records of King County, Washington, together with Shorelands adjoining, and all that portion of Lot 33, said Block C, lying Northerly of a line running north of 89° 31 ' 09" West 112.03 feet and North 88° 41 ' 00" West 240 feet from a point 17 feet Northerly of the Northeast corner of Lot 34, said Block C; TOGETHER with Shorelands adjoining, lying Northerly of the above described line. The centerline of said easement being described as follows: � BEGINNING at the Southeast corner of the above described property; thence Westerly along the Southerly line thereof a distance of 94.5 feet to the true point of beginning of said centerline; thence North 03° 15' 51" West a distance of 55 feet, more or less, to the Northerly line of the described property. Together with a temporary constr�action easement described as : 2o feet in width, 10 feet on either side of the above described centerline.
