Grantee, its successors and assigns , an easemen� for public uti7iti�s (includ�ing
water and seHaer) wi�h necessary appurtenances over, through, across arad �pon the
followir�g described property in King County, Washington, more particularly
described as follows :
A utility easement 10 feet in width over the following described property:
All of Lot 32, Block C, C. D. Hillman's Lake Washington Garden of Eden Division
No. 3, according to the plat recorded in Volume 11 of Plats, page 81 , records of
King County, Washington, together with Shorelands adjoining, and all that portion
of Lot 33, said Block C, lying Northerly of a line running north of 89° 31 ' 09"
West 112.03 feet and North 88° 41 ' 00" West 240 feet from a point 17 feet Northerly
of the Northeast corner of Lot 34, said Block C; TOGETHER with Shorelands adjoining,
lying Northerly of the above described line.
The centerline of said easement being described as follows:
� BEGINNING at the Southeast corner of the above described property; thence Westerly
along the Southerly line thereof a distance of 94.5 feet to the true point of
beginning of said centerline; thence North 03° 15' 51" West a distance of 55 feet,
more or less, to the Northerly line of the described property.
Together with a temporary constr�action easement described as :
2o feet in width, 10 feet on either side of the above described centerline.
Said temporary construction easement sha]1 remain 2n force during construction
and until such time as the utilities and appurtenances have been accepted for the
operation and maintenance by the Grantee but not later than

� `:��Said+ heretofore. menti�on�d grantee, its successors or assigns , shall have

� necessary to enter upon sai d above descri bed property for the purpose of con-

�, c7` altering or reconstruction of such utility shall be accomplished in such a manner

�� — disturbed or damaged, or in the event they are disturbed or damaged, they will

i j if such use does not interfere with installation and maintenance of the utility

or across the right-of-way during th� ex�istence of such utility.
