N hereinafter called "Grantor(s)" , and the CITY OF RENTOi�, a Municipal Corporation
N of King County9. Washington, hereinafter cal.led "Grantee" . .

That said Grantor(s) , for and in consideration of the sum of $ `g�D
paid by Grantee, and other valuable cons�deration,
do_ by these presents, grant, bargain , sell , convey, and warrant unto the said
Grantee, its successors and assigns , an easement for public utilities (including
water and sewer) with necessary appurtenanc�s over, through, across and upon the
following described property in King County, Washington, more particuiarly
described as follows :
Al1 that portion of lot 30, LESS the north 17.5 feet, and all of lot 31,
Block C, C. D. Hillman's Lake Washington Garden of Eden Division #3, according
to the plat recorded in Volume 11 of plats, page 81, records of King County,
Washington, together with Shorelands adjoining, lying within a strip of land
� 10 feet in width, 5 feet on either side of the following described centerline:
BEGINNING at the Southeast corner of the above described property; thence Westerly
along the Southerly line of said Parcel a distance of 87 feet to the true point I
of beginning of said centerline; thence North 3° 15' 51" West a distance of 40
feet, more or less, to an intersection with the Northerly line of the above
described property.
Together with a temporary construction easement described as:
20 feet in width, 10 f�et on either side of the described centerline.
Said temporary construction easement shall remain in force during construction
�d untii such time as the Utilities and appurtenances have been accepted for the
operataon and maintenance by the Grantee but not later than

� Said heretofore mentioned grantee, its successors or assigns , shall have
Vz the right, without prior notice or proceeding at law, at such times as may be
necessary to enter upon sai d above descri bed property for the purpose of con-
� structing, maintaining, repairing, altering or reconstructing said utility, or
C� ,� making any connections therewith , and such construction, maintaining, repai ring,
�, �p altering or reconstruction of such utility shall be accomplished in such a manner
:� c� that the private improvements existing in the right right(s)-of-way shall not be
:� � disturbed or damaged, or in the event they are disturbed or damaged, they will
be replaced in as good a condition as they were immediately before the property
