paid by Grantee, and other valuable consideration,
do by these presents , grant, bargain , sell , convey, and warrant unto the said
Grantee, its successors and assigns , an easement for public utilities (including
water and sewer) with necessary appurtenancas over, through, across and upon the
following described property in King County, Washington, more particularly
described as follows :
A utility easement for the purposes of installing street lights and
appurtenances , over the Northwesterly 5 feet, measured perpendicularly to the
Northwesterly line, of the following described property: �
Lot 6, replat of Block 2, Tiffany Park, according to the plat recorded in '�
Volume 74 of plats , page 21 , records of King County, Washin gton.

Together with a temporary construction easement described as :
Said temporary construction easement shall rema-in in force during construction
and until such time as the utilities and appurtenances have been accepted for the
operation and maintenance by the Grantee but not later than

Said heretofore mentioned grantee, its successors or ass.igns , shall
have the right, without prior notice or proceeding at law, at such times as
may be necessary to enter upon said above� described property for the purpose
of constructing, maintaining, repairing, altering or reconstructing said
utility, or making any connections therewith, without incurring any legal
�p obligations or liability therefore, provided, that such construction, main-
taining, repairing, altering or reconstruction of such utility shall be I
� accomplished in such a manner that the private impro.vements existing in the right
� right(s)-of-way shall not be disturbed or damaged, or in the event they are
disturbed or damaged, they will be replaced in as good a condition as they we re
�`' immediately before the property was entered upon by the Grantee.

t'`- The Grantor shall fully use and enjoy the aforedescribed premises,
including the right to re tain the right to use the surface of said right-of-way
i f such use does not interfere wi th instal l ation and maintenance of the uti 1 i ty
line. However, the grantor shall _not erect buildings or structures over, under
or across the right-of-way--during� the` existenc� of such utility.
This easement, shall be a covenant runnin5 with the land and shall be bind-
ing on the Grantor, his successors , heirs and assigns. Grantors covenant that
they are the lawful owners of the above properties and that they have a good and
lawf right o execute this agreement.
