Beginning at the Northeast corner of fihe Henry Adams' Donation
Land Claim; thence West atong fihe center line of South 180th

beginning; thence continue North 57 feet; thence West 94 feet,
more or 1ess, to the East line of State Road No. 5-M; thence
southeasterly along said East line 6I feet, more or less, to a

The grantee herein, its succes'sors or assigns, shatl have the right, with- � ,
out prior notice or proceeding at law, at such times as may be necessary to enter ,

repairing, altering or reconstrucfiing said water line facility, or making any

fore, provided, that such construction, matntaining, repairing, attering or
reconstruction of such utility sha11 be accomplished in such a manner that the '
private �mprovements existing in the easement shali not be cl�sturbed or damaged,
or in the event they are disturbed or damaged, they wi�ll be replaced in as good a

Grantee.

The grantor herein, its successors or assigns, shall fuliy use and enjoy
the said c�escribed premises, including the right to use the surface of said
easement, ifi such use does not inter�ere with the instatiation and maintenance
of the water line faciiity; H04JEVER, the grantor shatl not erect buitdings or
structures over, under or across the easement cfuring the existence of such water

The Department of Fisheries and the Department of Game reserve the right to make further restrictions if deemecl�necessary for
the protection of fish life. This approval is granted in the interest of fisheries protection only, and these departments cannot be held
liable for,any property damage which might occur as a result of this project.
