Said heretofore mentioned grantee, its successors or assigns, shall have �
the right, without prior notice ar proreeding at law, at such times as may be I
necessary to enter upon said above described property f�r the purpose of con- �
structing, maintaining, repairing, aitering or recons�ructing said utility, or
making any connections therewith, and such construc�ian, main�aining, repairing,
alteri�tg or reconstruction of such u�iiity shall be accompTished in such a manner
that the private improvements existing in the r9ght right{s}-of-way sha13 nat be
disturbed or damaged, or Zn the ever�t they are disturbed ar damaged, they wi11
be replaced in as good a condition as they were immediately before the praperty
was entered upon by the Grantee.

� if such use does nat interfere with installation and mai�tenance of the utility
