N hereinafter called "Grantor(s)", and the CITY OF RENTON, a Mi.micipal Corporation
c'^� of King Coimty, Washington, hereinafter called "Grantee".

That said Grantor(s) , for and in consideration of the sum of $ ��a��'

do by these presents, grant, bargain, sell, convey, and warrant i.mto the said
Grantee, its successors and assigns, a temporary construction easement for a public
utility (street improvement) with necessary appurtenances over, through, across and
upon the following described property in King Colmty, l�ashington, more particularly
des cribe d as follows :
A strip of land 15.0 feet in width over the Northeasterly 15.0 feet and 185.00 feet
lying adjacent and parallel with the Southerly margin of S.W. 43rd Street (also
known as South 180th Street) of the following described property:
That portion of the North 1/2 of the Southeast 1/4 �of the Northwest 1/4 of Section
31 , Township 23 North, Range 5 East, W.M. , in King County,- Washington, lying West
of the Westerly margin of State Highway as conveyed to the State of Washington by
deed recorded under Auditor's File No. 3960406,
EXCEPT the North 30 feet conveyed to King County for road by deed filed under
Auditor's File No. 2660649, '
EXCEPT the West 150 feet of the North 150 feet thereof;
AND EXCEPT:
That portion of the North 1/2 of the Southeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section
3� , 7ownship 23 North, Range 5 East, W.M. , in King County, Washington, described
as follows:
Beginning at a point on the South line of South 180th Street as conveyed to King
County for road by deed recorded under Auditor's File No. 2660649, which is 300
feet Westerly of the intersection with the Westerly margin of East Valley Highway
as conveyed to State of Washington by deed recorded under Auditor's File No.
3960406; thence Easterly along said South margin of South 180th Street a distance
of 300 feet to the Westerly margin of East Valley Highway; thence Southerly along
said Westerly margin 300 feet; thence Northwesterly at right angles to said Westerly
margin of East Valley Highway 60 feet; thence Northerly to a point which is 60 feet
South of the point of beginning;

may be necessary to enter upon said above described property for the purpose
of constructing, maintaining, repairing, a)tering or recanstructing said
"� utility, or making any connections therewith, without incurring any lega]
�� obl i gations or 1 i abi 1 i ty therefore , provi ded, that such construction, main-
O� taining, repairing, altering or reconstruction of such utility shal] be
� accomplished in such a manner that the private improvements existing in the rigi�t

� di-sturbed-or- damaged,__they wi11 be repiaced in as good a condition as they were
� immedfately before the ''prop�rty was entered upon by the Gr�antee.
The Grantor shall� ful.ly use and enjoy the aforedescribed premises,
including the right to �retain the �.right to use the surface of said right-of-way
. if such use does not interfere with installation and maintenance of the utility
lin�e: �i�owever, the grantor. shall not erect buildings or structures over, under
or across the right-of-way during the existence of such utiTity.
