A fifteen foot strip of land, the centerline of which is described
as follows :
Commencing at a point on the south line of Section 18,
Twon�s�.'p 23 North. , Range 6 East, W.M. King County, Washington
from�`��e south quarter corner of Section 18 bears South 89°17' 37"
West 975. 69 feet and proceeding;
Thence North 0°16 ' 19" East 30 . 00 feet to the true point
of beginning and proceeding;
Thence North 0°16 '19" East 185.00 feet more or less
and terminus of said line.
Together with a temporary construction easement described as:
Said temporary construction easement shall remain in force during construc-
tion and until such time as the roadway, utilities and appurtenances have been �
accepted for the ope ration and maintenance by the Grantee but not later than

have the right, without �rior natice or proceeding at 1aw, at such times as
may be necessary to enter upon said above described property for the purpose
of constructing, maintaining, repairing, altering or reconstructing said
u�ility, or making any connections therewith, without incurring any legal
abligatians or liability the refore, provided, that such construction, main-
taining, repairing, altering or reconstruction of such utility sha13 be
� accompiished in such a manner that the private improvements existing in the right
� right{s}-af-way shall nat be disturbed or damaged, or in the event they are
� di s turbed or damaged, they wi 1] be repl aced i n as good a condi ti on as they were
� immediately befare the property was entered upon by the Grantee.

� The Grantor shall fuily use and enjoy the aforedescribed premises,
�,,., including the right to retain the right ta use the surface af said right-of-way
if such use does not interfere with installation and maintenance af the tttility
line. However, the grantor shaiT not erec� buildings or structures aver, under
or across the right-of-way during the existence of such utility.
This easement, sha11 be a covenant running with the land and shall be bind-
ing on the Grantor, his successars , heirs and assigns. Grantars covenant that I
they are the lawful owners of the above praperties and that they have a good and i
lawful i t to execute thi agreement.
