WITNESSETH :
That said Grantor(s) , for and in consideration of the sum of $ one

do by these presents , grant, bargain , sell , convey, and warrant unto the said
Grantee, its successors and assigns , an easement for public utilities (including
water and sewer) with necessary appurtenances over, through, across and upon the
following described property in King County, Washington, more particularly
described as follows :
The West 7.5 feet of Lot 15, together with the East 7.5 feet of Lot 14. All
in the plat of Newcastle Terrace, as recorded in Volume 87, page 30 of plats,
records of King County, Washington.
Together with a temporary construction easement described as:
Said temporary construction easement shall remain in force during construction
and until such time as the utilities and appurtenances have been accepted for the
operation and maintenance by the Grantee but not later than -�- -- - -

Said heretofare rnentianed grantee, its successars or assigns, shall
have the right, without prior notice or proceeding at law, at such times as
may be necessary to enter upon said above described property for the purpose
of constructing, main�aining, repairing, altering or recanstructing said
utility, or making any connections therewith, without incurring any legal
� obligations or iiabTlity therefore, provided, that such construction, main-
�..� taining, repairing, altering or reconstruction af such utiiity sha7i be
� accomplished in such a manner that the private improvements existing in the right
t,t� right(s)-af-way shall not be disturbed ar damaged, or in the event they are
� disturbed or damaged, they will be replaced in as good a candition as they were

j �`` The Grantor shall fully use and enjoy the aforedescribed premises,
� i nci udi ng the ri ght to re tai n the ri ght to use the s urface of s ai d ri ght-of-way
if such use does not interfere with instaliation and maintenance of the utility
line. However, the grantar sha11 not erect buildings ar structures aver, under
or acrass the right-of-way during the existence of such utility. �
This easer�ent, sha11 be a covenant running with the iand and shall be bind-
ing on the Grantor, his successors , heirs and assigns. Grantors covenant that
i they are the 1 awful owners of the above properties and that they have a good and
Tawful right to execute this agreement.
