(� these presents, grant, bargain, sell and convey unto the said Grantee, � its successors and assigns, a temporary construction easement for ^�cZ' use of the Grantee, its employees, agents and contractors with respect � to constructing certain street improvements to the adjoining street, i t�7 ;'�- said easement being over, through, across and upon the following described property in King County, Washington, more particularly described as follows: A strip of land, of varying width over the following des- cribed property: - The North 390 feet of the East one-half of the Northeast one-quarter of the Southwest one-quarter of the Northeast one-quarter of Section 31, Township 23 North, Range 5 East, W.M. , in King County, Washington, lying West of the Kent-Renton County Road; EXCEPT the North 30 feet thereof and EXCEPT the East 166 .36 feet thereof; Situate in the County of King, State of Washington. t� Said strip of land being described as followsa BEGINNING at the Northwest corner of the above described property; thence South along the West line thereof a distance of 7 .40 feet to the true point of beginning; thence Easterly a distance of 163 .70 feet to a point on the East line of said property 12.02 feet South of the Northeast corner thereof; thence South along said East line a distance of 7 .98 feet; thence Westerly a distance of 163 .69 feet to a point on the West line of said property 8.76 feet ' South of the true point of beginning; thence North along said West line a distance of 8.76 feet to the true point of beginning. This easement, shall be a covenant running with the land and shall be binding on the Grantor, his successors, heirs and assigns .
