Nhereinafter called "Grantor(s)", and the CI'I'Y OF RENTON, a Municipal Corporation
Qof King Cowity, Washington, hereinafter called "Grantee".

That said Grantor(s) , for and in consideration o£ the sum of $��, „�� I
paid by Grantee, and other valuable consideration, ,
do by these presents, grant, bargain, sell, convey, and warrant w�to the said
Grantee, its successors and assigns, a temporary canstruction easement for a public
utility (street improvement) with necessary appurtenances over, �hrough, across and
upon the following described property in King CoLmty, Washington, more particularly
described as follows :
A strip of land 10 feet in width over the North 10 feet, measured perpendicularly
to the North line of the following described property; said North line also being
the existing Southerly margin of the South 180th Street (Southwest 43rd Street) ;
The East one-half of the Northwest one-quarter of the Southwest one-quarter of the
Northeast one-quarter of Section 31 , Township 23 North, Range 5 East, W.M. , in King
County, Washington;
EXCEPT the West 4 acres thereof;
ALSO, that portion of the West one-half of the Northeast one-quarter of the South-
west one-quarter of the Northeast one-quarter of said Section 31 , described as
follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the South Boundary of said West one-half, which is 184 feet
East from the Southwest corner thereof; thence Westerly 184 feet; thence Northerly
� along the West boundary thereof to the North line of said subdivision; thence
Easterly 84 feet along said North line; thence Southeasterly to the point of I
beginning;
EXCEPT from both parcels, the North 30 feet thereof for County Road;
AND EXCEPT from both parcels, that portion conveyed to the State of Washington
for Primary State Highway No. 5 (now SR 167) by deed recorded June 19, 1961 under
Auditor's File No. 5296778;
Situate in the County of King, State of Washington.
Said temporary construction easement shall remain in force during construction
and iuitil such time as the street improvement has been accepted for operation and
maintenance by the Grantee but not later than ��� r ���

' disturbed or damaged, they will be replaced in as good a condition as they we re
immediately before the property was entered upon by the Grantee.
