water and sewer) wi th necessary appurtenances over, through, across and upon the

as follows :
An easeznent for a water line over and across a 15 foot strip of iand, in the northwest
quarter of the northeast quarter of Section 36, Township 23 North, Range 4 East, W.M.,
King County, Washington, 7.5 feet of such width being on each side of the following
described center line:
Beginning at a point on the North line of S.W. 43rd Street (formerly S. 180th St.) ,
� which point is 30 feet North and 791.69 feet East of the Northea.st corner of the
Henry Adams Donation Claim No. 43 in said section and townshipj, thence Iv 1°07'35" E,
at right angles to said street, 978.52 feet to a point designated "X"; thence
continuing N 1°07'35" E 337.5 feet to the North line of said section 36 and terminus
of said line.
Also an easement for a water line over and across a 25 foot strip of land in said
Northwest quarter of said section, 7.5 feet of such width being North and 17.5 feet
being South of the following described line. Beginning at the point designated "X"
in the above description, thence S 87�31'36" E para11e1 with the North line of said
section, a distance of 282.5 feet and tertninus of said line.

Said heretofore mentioned grantee, its successors or assigns , shall have
the right, without prior notice or proceeding at law, at such times as may be
necessary to enter upon said above described property for the purpose of construct-
ing, maintaining, repairing, altering or reconstructing said roadway and utilities ,
or making any connections therewith, without incurring any legal obligations or �
liability therefore, provided, that such construction, maintaining, repairing,
altering or reconstruction of said roadway and utilities shall be accomplished in
such a manner that the private improvements existing in the right(s)-of-way shall
� not be disturbed or damaged, they will be replaced in as good a condition as they
�, were immediately before the property was entered upon by the Grantee.
� The Grantor shall fully use and enjoy the aforedescribed premises, including
� the ri ght to retain the ri ght to use the surface of sai d ri ght-of-way i f such use
p does not interfere with installation and maintenance of the roadway or utilities .
� However, the grantor shall not erect buildings or structures over, under or across
the right-of-way during the existence of such roadway and utilities .
This easement, shall be a covenant running with the land and shall be bind-
ing on the Grantor, his successors , heirs and assigns . Grantors covenant that they
are the lawful owners of the above properties and that they have a good and lawful
ri ght to execute thi s agreement.
