COVENANT TO ANNEX TO THE CITY OF RENTON �
Glenn J. Perkins , hereinafter
referred to as "owners", hereby covenant and agree to sign the necessary �
petitions for annexation to the city li.mits of the City of Renton, Washington,

� for the property herein described and on the terms more fully set forth below.

hereinaf�er referred to as "the premises".
2. Basis for Covenant. This covenant to annex is given as a condition
to being permittefl to hook up to sewer and water service from the City of
Renton to serve the premises.
3. Parties Bound. This agreement and the covenant to annex shall be
binding on the owner and all persons subsequently acquiring any right, title
or interest in or to said property referred to as the premises, and shall be a
covenant running with the land.
4. Ti.me for Performa�ce. The owners, their heirs, successors or assigns,
agree and covenant to sign a petition to annex the above described premises
un�o the City of Renton at such ti.me as the assessed valuation of the subject I
premises is sufficient to qualify under the 75� method pursuant to RCW
35A.14.120, toget�ier with such other arijoining or contiguous area as the City
or other petitioners may detertnine. The owners further agree, when so notified
by ti�e City, to promptly circulate and execute such Petition and to comply with
all the requirements of law regarding such annexation. Yf the owners, their

successars or assic}ns fail to do so, �khe City reserves the right to terminate
such utility services.
� 5. Filing. These covenants shall be filed with th.e King County Auditor. �
