� 1. Le ag 1 Descriptian. The Iegal description of the property to which

� The Westerly 329 feet of the following described property:
Beginning at the Northeast corner of the Nor.theast 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4
in Section 31, Township 23 North, Range 5 East, W.M. , Thence West on the North
line to the center of County Road; thence South 7 50'45" West on said line 165
feet; thence South 89 03'13" East 565 feet; thence South 22 31'55" East 180.92
feet; thence South 89 03' 13" East 314.7 feet; thence North 329.75 feet to the
point of beginning; EXCEPT County Road; AND EXCEPT any portion platted in Volume
72 and Plats, on pages 39 and 40; Situated in the County of King, State of Washington.

� 2. Basis for Covenant. This covenant to annex is given as a condition
to beinq germitted to hook up to sewer anc� watez service from the City of
Renton to serve the premises.
3. Parties Hound. This agreement and the covenant to annex shall be
bindiny on the owner and all persons subsequently acquiring any right, title I
or interesL in or to said property referred to as the premises, and shall be a ',

cov��nant- runi�ing with the land.
4. Time for Perfflrmance. The owners, their heirs, successors or assigns,
agree and covenant to siqn a petition to annex the above described premises
unto the City of Renton at such time as the assessed vaivation of the subject
�remises is sufficient to qualify under the 75$ method pursuant to RCW
35A.14.120, together with such other adjoining or contiguous a�rea as �he Cit�+
or othe� petitioners may determine. The owners further agree, when so hotified
by the City, to promptly circulate and execute such Petition ar�c3 to comply with
all the requiremer�ts of iaw regarding suc?� annexation. If the owners, their

"' successors or assiqns fail to do so, the City reserves the right to te�ninate
_ such utility services.
5. Filing. These covenants shall be filed with the Kinq County Auditor.
