Bockoven, M.D. and Ftichard W, Lomas, M.D. , hereinafter referred to as "owners," hereby covenant and agree to sign the necessary � petitions for annexation to the city 2imits of the City of Renton, Washington, for the praperty herein descxibed anc� on the terms more fully set farth below. 1.
