Vanderford , hereinafter �I referred to as "owners," hereby covenant and agree to sign the necessary ! petitions for annexation to the city limits of the City of Renton, Washington, for the property herein described and on the terms more fully set forth below. 1. Legal Description. Time for Performance. The owners further agree, when so notified by the City, to promptly circulate and execute such Petition and to comply with all the requirements of law regarding such annexation.
