Legal Descri�tion. Situate in the County of King, State of Washinqton. hereinafter referred to as "the premises." I 2. Basis for Covenant. This covenant to annex is given as a condition to being permitted to hook up to ���� water service from the City of Renton to serve the premises. 3. Parties Bound. This agreement and the covenant to annex shall be binding on the owner and all persons subsequently acquiring any right, title or interest in or to said property referred to as the premises, and shall be a covenant runnin with the land. � g 4. Time for Performance. The owners, their heirs, successors or assigns, agree and covenant to sign a petition to annex the above described premises unto the City of Renton at such time as the assessed valuation of the subject premises is sufficient to qualify under the 75% method pursuant to RCW 35A.14.120, together with such other adjoining or contiguous area as the City or other petitioners may determine. The owners further agree, when so notified by the City, to promptly circulate and execute such Petition and to comply with all the requirements of law regarding such annexation.
