COVENANfi TO ANNEX TO THE CITY OF RENTON
STEVEN C . ECHANIZ , hereinafter �
referred to as "awners," hereby covena.nt and agree to sign the n�cessary
petitions for annexation to the city limits of the City of Renton, Washingtan,
far the property herein described and on the terms more fully set forth below.

covenant running with the land.
� 4. Time for Performance. The owners, their heirs, successors ar assigns,
I� agree and covenant to sign a petitian to annex the above described premises
unto the City of Renton at such time as the assessed valuation af the subject
premises is sufficient to qualify under the 75o method pursuant to RCW 35A.].4.120,
together with such other adjoining or contiguous area as the City or other
petztioners may deterrnine, The awners further agree, when so notified by the
City, to pramptly circulate and execute such Petition and to comp2y with all the
