This covenant to annex is given as a condition to being permitted to hook up to -��� water service from the City of Renton to serve the premises. 3. Parties Bound. This agreement and the covenant to annex shall be ! binding on the owner and all persons subsequently acquiring any right, title or interest in or to said property referred to as the premises, and shall be a covenant running with the land. !� 4. Time for Performance. The owners, their heirs, successors or assigns, ' agree and covenant to sign a petition to annex the above described premises I unto the City of Renton at such time as the assessed valuation of the subject ' premises is sufficient to qualify under the 75% method pursuant to RCW 35A.14.120, together with such other adjoining or contiguous area as the City or other petitioners may determine. The owners further agree, when so notified by the � City, to promptly circulate and execute such Petition and to comply with all the requirements of law regarding such annexation.
