referred to as "owners," hereby covenant attd agree to sign the necessary
petitions for annexation ta the city limi.ts of the City af Renton, Washington,
for the praperty her.ein described and an the terms more fully set forth below.
I 1. Le�al Descriptian. The 3egal description of tt►e praperty to which �

�"b 2, Basis �or Covenant. This covenant to annex is given as a condition to
baing permitted to hook up to sewer and water service from the City of Renton
tv serve the premises.
3. Parties Bound. This agreement and the cavenant to annex shall be
binding on the awner and all persans subsequently acquiring any right, title
or interest in ar to said property referred to as the premises, and shall be a
covenant running with the land.
4. Time for Pexformance. The owners, their heirs, successoxs or assigns,
agree and covenant to sign a petitian to annex the abave described premises
unto the City of Renton at such time as the assessed valuatian of the subject
premises is sufficient to qualify under the '75% methad pursuant ta RCW 35A.14.120,
together with such other adjoining ar contiguous area as the City ox other
petitianers may determine. The owners further agree, when sa notified by the
City, to promptly circulate and execute such Petition and to comply with all the
