Legal Description. This agreement and the covenant to annex shall be bii�ding on the owner and all persons subsequently acquiring any right, title or i i nterest in or to said property referred to as the premises, and shall be a ' covenant running with the land. 4. Time for Performance. The owners, their heirs, successors or assigns, agree and covenant to sign a petition to annex the above described premises �into the City of Renton at such time as the assessed valuation of the subject premises is sufficient to qualify under the 75% method pursuant to RCW 35A.14. 120, together with such other adjoining or contiguous area as the City or other petitioners may determine. The owners further agree, when so notified by the , City, to promptly circulate and execute such Petition and to comply with all the requirements of law regarding such annexation.
