Gp 2. Basis fox Covenant. This covenant to an»ex is given as a condition ta
being permitted to hook up to sewer and water service from the City of Rentan I
to serve the premises.
3. Parties Bound. This agreement and the covenant to annex shall be
binding on the awner and all persons subsequently acquiring any right, title
or interest in or to said praperty referred to as the premises, and shall be a
covenant running with the land.
4. Time for Performance. The awnexs, their heirs, successoxs or assigns,
agree and covenant to sign a petitian to annex the above described premises
unto the C'ity of Renton at such time as the assessed valuatian af the subject
premises is sufficient to qualify under the 75% method pursuant to RCW 35A.14.120,
together with such other adjoinzng or contiguous area as the Gity or ather
petitianers may determine. The owners further agree, when so notified by the
City, to promptly circulate and execute such Petition and to camply with all the
requirements af law regarding suc}t annexatian. if the owners, their successors
