2. Basis fox Covenant. This covenant to annex is given as a conditian to
being permitted to hook up to sewer and water service from the City af Rentan

� 3. Parties Bound. This agreement and the covenant to annex shall be
', � binding on the owner and aIl persons subsequent2y acquiring any right, title

� or interest in or to said property xeferred to as the premises, and shall be a

� covenant running with the land.
4. Time for Per£ormance, The owners, their heirs, successars or assigns, �
agree and covenant to sign a petition to annex the above described premises
unto the City o£ Renton at such time as the assessed valuation of the subject
pzemises is sufficient to qualify under the 75� method pursuant ta RCW 35A,14.12Q,

together with such other adjaining or contiguous area as the City or other
petitioners may determine. The awners fuxther agree, when so notified by the
' City, to promptly circulate and execute such Petition and ta comply with all the
requirements of law regarding such annexation. If the ownexs, their successors
