petitions far annexation to the city limits of the City of Renton,
Washington, for the praperty herein described and on the terms mare fuliy set
forth below.

2. Basis for Covenant This covenant to annex is given as a
� condition to being permitted to hoak up to sewer and water service from the
City of Renton to serve the premises.
3. Parties Bound This agreement and the cavenant to annex shall
be bindin� on the owner and ali persans subsequently acquiring any right,
title or in�`�erest in or to said property referred to as the premises, an,d

shall be a covenant running with the land.
4. Time for Performance The owners, their heirs, successors or
assigns, agree and covenant ta sign a petition to annex the abave described
premises unto the City af Renton at such time as the assessed va]uatian of
the subject premises is sufficient to qualify under the 75% method pursuant
to RCW 351k.14.120, tagether with sucM other adjoining or contiguaus area as
� the City or other petitioners may determine. The owners further agree, when

so notified by the Gity, ta promptly circulate and execute such Petition and
to camply with all the requirements of law regarding such annexation. If the
, owners, their successors or assigns fail to do so, the City reserves the
� right to terminate such utility services.
