2. 8asis far Cavenant This covenant to annex is given as a
candition to being permit�ed to hoak up to sewer and water service from the
City of Renton to serve the premises.
3. Parties Bound This agreement and the covenant to annex shall
be bindin� on the owner and all persons subsequently acquiring any right,

' title ar in�terest in or ta said property referred to as the premises, and

shall be a covenant running with the land.
4. Time for Perfarmance The owners, their heirs, successors or
assigns, agree and covenant to sign a petitian ta annex the abave described
'� premises unto the City of Renton at such time as the` assessed valuation of
the subject premises is sufficient ta qualify under the 75% methad pursuant
to RCW 351k.i4.120, together with such other adjoining ar contiguous area as
the City ar ather petitianers may determine» The owners further agree, when
so notified by the City, to promptly circulate and execute such Petitian and
to comply with all the requirements of law regarding such annexation. If the
owners, their successors or assigns fail to do so, the City reserves the
right to terr�inate such utility services.
5. F�„ �ling These covenants shall be filed with the King Caunty
Auditor.
