hereinafter referred to as "the premises,"
2. Basis for Covenant This covenant to annex is given as a
condition ta being permitted to hook up to sewer and water service from the
City of Renton to serve the premises.
3. Parties Bound This agreement and the covenant to annex shall
be binding on the owner and all persons subseguently acquiring any right,
title ar interest in or to said property referred to as the premises, and
shai3 be a covenant running with the land.
4. Time for Performance The owners, their heirs, successors ar
assigns, agree and covenant to sign a petition to annex the above described
premises unto the City of Renton at such time as the assessed valuation af
the subject premises is sufficient ta qualify under the 759� methad pursuant
to RCW 35fk.14.1Z0, together with such other adjoining or contiguous area as
the City or other petitianers may determine. The owners further agree, when
so notified by the City, to promptly circulate and execute such Petition and
to comply with all the requirements of �aw regarding such annexation. If the
owners, their successors or assigns fail ta do sa, the City reserves the
right to terminate such utility services.
