II 4. Time for Performance The owners, their heirs, successors or

assigns, agree and cnvenant to sign a petition ta annex the abave-described
premises unto tl�e C�ty af Renton at such t�me as the assessed vaivation of the
subject premises is sufficient to qualify under the 75�d method pursuant to RCW
( 35A.14.120, together with such other adjoining or contiguaus area as the City

of ather petitioners may determine. The owners further agree, when so
notified by the City, to promptly circulate and execute such Petitian and to
comply with all the requirements of law regarding such annexation, If the 1

awners, their successors or assigns fail to do so, the City reserves the right
to terminate such utility services.
