Q°} 2. Basis for Cavenant This covenant to annex is given as a

condition to being perrnitted ta hook up to sewer and water service from the
� City of Renton to serve the premises.
3. Parties Bound This agreement and the cavenant to annex shall
� be bindin� on the awner and all persons subsequently acquiring any right,
title or in�erest in or to said property referred to as the premises, and
. �
� shall be a covenant running with the land.
4. Time for Performance The awners, their heirs, successors ar
iassigns, agree and covenant to sign a petition to annex the abave described
premises unto the City of Renton at such tirt2e as the` assessed valuation a�'
the subject premises is sufficient ta qualify under the 75% method pursuant I
to RCW 35a.14.i20, together with such other adjoining ar cantiguous area as I
the City or other petitioners may deterrs�ine. The owners further agree, when ,
sa natified by the City, to promptly circulate and execute such Petition and
to comply with all the requirements of law regarding such annexatian. If the
owners, their successors ar assigns fail to da so, the City reserves the
r9ght to terminate such utili�y services.
5. F��ling These covenants shall be filed with the King County
Auditor.
