2. Basis for Cavenant This cavenant to annex is given as a
condition to being permitted ta hook up to sewer and water service from the
City of Renton ta serve the premises.
3. Parties Bound This agreement and the covenant to annex sha11
be bindin� an the owner and a11 persons subsequently acquiring any right,
title ar in�'terest in ar to said property referred to as the premises, and
shall be a covenant running with the land.

4. Time far Performance The owners, their heirs, successors or
assigns, agree and covenant to sign a petitior� ta annex the above described
premises unto the City of Renton at such time as the` assessed valuation of
th� subject premises is sufficient to qualify under the 759� method pursuant
ta RCW 351k.14.120, tagether with such other adjaining or contiguaus area as
the City or ather petitioners may determine. The owners further agree, when
so notified by the City, to promptly circulate and execute such Petition and
to comply with all the requirements of law regarding such annexation. If the
owners, their successors or assigns fail to do so, the City reserves the
right to terminate such utility services. i
