Joos , hereinafter referred to as "owners," hereby covenant and agree to sign the necessary petitions for annexation to the City Limits of the City of Renton, Washington, for the property herein described and on the terms more fully set forth below. 1. Legal Description The legal description of the property to which this covenant shall apply is as follows�,ots 1 and 2, Scott's Terrace, according to plat recorded ,� in Volume 73. of Plats, pages 39 and 40, records of King County, Washington, together ;� with that portion of Lots 3 and 16, Scott's Terrace, described as follows: � Beginning at the Southwest corner of said Lot 3; thence North along the East Q margin of 96th South ( which is now Springbrook Road, or Talbot Road) 62 feet; C� Thence Southeasterly and at right angles to the point on a line which is North 21° � 30' 35" East from the Northeast corner of said Lot 2 in said Scott's Terrace;Thence o South 21° 30' 35" West 15 feet, more or less, to said Northeast corner of Lot 2; Then€e �To�th.89° 2' 46" West along the South lines of said Lots 3 and 16 to the � poin o eginning. � :�ereinafter referred to as "the premises." 2. Basis for Covenant This covenant to annex is given as a condition to I� being permi€ted to hook up to sewer and/or water service from the Ciry of Renton to serve the premises. 3. Parties Bound This agreement and the covenant to annex shall be � � binding on the owner and all persons subsequently acquiring any right, title or interest in or to said properry referred to as the premises, and shall be a covenant � running with the land. � N � 4.
